These courthouse steps were in serious disrepair with several loose, cracked and bowed threads that created trip hazards. After the threads were removed, the entire damaged surface was rebuilt using Mega-Crete. The steps were then primed using Mega-PSC with aggregate broadcast into the wet solution to give a skid resistant surface. When the Mega-PSC had cured, the excess aggregate was vacuumed off and a UV resistant, water-borne urethane was applied as both a protective sealer and to give it color.
Now the steps are serviceable, safe and look better than new. The railing was also given new life after being coated with Salvage II.
