Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the Coronavirus. The health and safety of our customers and team members remains our top priority. We've instituted a (COVID-19) plan throughout our company that includes health and safety protocols that will allow us to keep you running. We have highlighted some key points below on steps we're taking to support our commitment to keeping everyone safe and essential businesses up and running.

Key Points:

• As an essential MRO supplier for food manufacturers, government agencies, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, transportation companies, Power Plants, Utilities and manufacturers, we are committed to staying open and operating as an “essential business.”

• For the safety of our employees and customers we are supplying all of our employees with PPE when visiting customers and working in our warehouses.
• We have a great e-commerce website set up for our customers to order online at www.partsmaster.com
• We have the best MRO sales force in the country that are out in the field everyday working with our essential customers to keep them running.

• We are committed to keeping our normal inventory levels for our customers’ needs.

• Due to the global shortage of  PPE products (respirators, gloves, gowns, etc.), we are working hard everyday to secure the PPE that our essential customers need to keep them safe.

First and foremost, we hope this note finds you and your loved ones healthy and well. Due to the current COVID-19 uncertainty, Partsmaster wanted to underscore our commitment to doing the right thing for the health and safety of our customers, employees, and the communities in which we serve.

We are all in this together. Partsmaster plans to remain open and operate fully within the guidelines set out by each state as an Essential Supplier & Manufacturer. We do not anticipate any interruptions in business and thank our customers in advance for their flexibility in working with our representatives.

As this situation unfolded throughout the United States, Partsmaster implemented an action plan to protect our valued employees and their families, our facilities, and our customers.
