Onsite Survey

Partsmaster offers comprehensive onsite surveys to identify product usage and lower your total cost of operation.

Our survey is organized into three different components: 

1. Analyze department usage of maintenance and repair supplies.

2. Efficiency of storage and retrieval of supplies by the maintenance staff.  

3. Productivity measurement and purchase order production for the maintenance and repair supplies. 

Once the survey is finalized we will put together a unique proposal for your food and beverage facility, including cost savings and product recommendations.

Customized Plans

After completing the onsite survey, customized service and stocking plans will be provided by your sales associate to meet the specific needs of your operation. Partsmaster will visit a facility as often as necessary to organize, manage inventory, and place the necessary orders to keep you running.

Push-To-Connect Fittings

Partsmaster line of push-to-connect fittings includes nylon, nickel plated brass and stainless steel. All our push-to-connect fittings have a universal thread design.

The advantages are: 

  • Reduced overall length.
  • Smaller hex dimensions compared to parallel threads.
  • Fits with various parallel and tapered threads. 
  • Works on non-flat surfaces without compromising an air-tight seal.

Metal & X-Ray Detectable Products

Foriegn matter is a constant risk for the food and beverage industry. Undetectable objects can easily find their way into production lines, causing equipment downtime and harm to consumers.

By using HACCP management practices, facilities can help prevent this by using detectable equipment and materials where ever possible. These materials are not only metal detectable, but also visually detectable, magnetically attractive and are compliant with US, European and other global standards. 

Partsmaster offers several metal and x-ray detectable products in our shop that include cable ties, bandages and disposable ear plugs.

Stainless and Mild Steel Drilling Cryobit® Drill Bits

Maintenance groups in most food and beverage plants face the same challenge: drilling through stainless steel. While stainless is not a hard metal, it will work-harden quickly if its not drilled properly. Cryobit® Drill Bits possess a unique point design that illiminates the need for center punches or pilot holes. As a result they drill up to 6x more holes then other drill bits. 

Tips for Drilling Stainless Steel 

  • Too little feed pressure work-hardens the immediate drilling surface 
  • A dull or incorrect bit will work-harden the immediate drilling surface 
  • A center punch work-hardens the starting divot 
  • Pilot holes are NOT beneficial when drilling stainless because they can work-harden the hole
