A low-carbon stainless-steel electrode with a nominal composition of 20% Cr and 10% Ni. Characterized by a smooth arc with easy slag removal, this electrode is most often used for welding base metal of similar composition - such as AISI types 301, 302, 304 and 305. Use AC and DCEP. Store dry and sealed or in a rod oven.
