Econobrade™ SD is a tubular electrode that has a very high deposition rate with
minimal base metal dilution, making it a cost-efficient choice for hardfacing. Deposits are smooth and slag free.

• Multi-purpose — 1/4'' diameter can be used in all position - even vertical up. 1/2'' diameter is ideal for large wear area surfaces
• Low amperage — Chem-a-tized™ coating allows electrodes to run at low amps - the 1/4'' can be run as low as 80 amps
• Outlasts conventional hardfacing up to 6 times
