Ultra-Flow™ - Super Fast Flowing Silver Brazing Alloy

Ultra-Flow is a free-flowing, cadmium free, high-silver alloy for use on most
ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

PROCEDURES
Thoroughly clean the surface to be brazed. Maintain a close fit, preferably a 0.003” to 0.005” gap. Heat the base metal uniformly with a slightly carburizing flame. Apply a small amount of flux and alloy by melting with the flame tip. Flow the alloy through the joint. Allow the brazed joint to cool slowly in still air. Remove flux residue with warm water.
